Garry has owned and operated Ship Shape Services since August 2014.
He has 40 years of very successful experience in business ownership and executive management.
Garry owned and operated a motor service station with a large and busy mechanical repair workshop for many years.
He was a Director on the Board of the Service Stations Association of NSW for 13 years and a Governing Director of the Motor Traders Association Service Station Division for 3 years.
Garry held a seat on the Caltex Dealer Council for 11 years, mentoring and motivating other service station operators and franchisees.
His passion and years of experience with both sports and leisure boating continues with the high quality work standards applied within Ship Shape Services.
Garry's determination is to exceed the customer's expectations wherever possible.
Michael Reynolds - Operations Manager
Michael has 2 decades of experience in the marine and superyacht industry.
His passion for customer service sparked during his time in the hospitality trade has been blended with his love of the water and combined, delivers an exceptional customer experience through the superyacht industry to Ship Shape Services.
Michael has a wealth of knowledge in maritime operations, staff management and training, vessel fit outs, project management, scheduling and marine maintenance.
When managing small teams overseas, Michael delivered 5-star service for his clients, no matter what the conditions.
Gaining unparalleled technical knowhow offshore, Mike has brought those skills back home and imprints the same exceptional customer service at Ship Shape Services.
Irina Crowhurst - Administration Manager
Irina has a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and a Diploma in accounting.
She brings to our team 30 years of combined experience in supplier and contract management, procurement and charter accounting.
Before joining our team in 2019 Irina worked for multinational companies in pharmaceutical and telecommunication industries managing the APAC region.
